Location: Pebblecreek Montessori Lower Parking Lot
Date: Friday October 28, 2011
Time: 7:00 – 8:30pm*
Events:
• Decorate your car trunk for a chance to win a prize for Best Decorated Trunk.
• Join in the Scaredy Cat Scavenger Hunt for a chance to win fun prizes.
• Bring your carved pumpkins for a chance to win a prize for scariest or funniest pumpkin.
• Parents who dress up earn extra percentage points for child’s classroom. The classroom with the highest percentage of parents dressed up win a caramel apple party.
• Families please check-in at the tent located at the lower school carpool area no later than 7:15pm.
What to Bring:
• Your family in costume (siblings allowed)
• Your carved pumpkin
• Enough candy to hand out to approximately 160 students (please, no candy with nuts)
*Parking lot opens @ 6:30p & closes at 7:15p
Contest Rules:
Pumpkin Carving Contest
•Bring an already carved pumpkin for judging
•Check‐in at the tent at the lower school carpool by 7:15p
•Two categories will be judged: Scariest and Funniest
•Anyone present can vote once for each category
•Ballot box will be present to cast your vote
•Winners will be announced at 7:45pm
•Winners will receive a prize
Best Decorated Trunk Contest
•Decorate your trunk in the spirit of Halloween
•Judging will begin at 7:15pm
•One category will be judged: Best decorated trunk
•Anyone present can vote.
•Winner will be announced at 7:45pm
•Winner will receive a prize
