Registration for the Afterschool Pass Program (Extracurricular Activities) will be open September 6 – 16^th.  Registration form here.  Please make sure to include these items when turning in your selection form to the office:

·         Selection Form

·         The registration forms for your selected programs (found in the front lobby)

·         Pass Payment (checks made out to PCM)

·         Individual Program Fee payment (Supply and registration fees are not included in the Pass and must be paid separately)
