Liliana Bautista was born in Tamaulipas, Mexico.  She attended a Montessori school during her primary and elementary years.  She earned a degree in preschool education in 2005.  By experiencing Montessori as a student and traditional education as a teacher, she recognized the benefits of the Montessori environment including positive work habits and attitudes about self and others.

Ms. Bautista began a Montessori certification program in Monterrey, Mexico.  After several years in a Montessori environment, she accepted a position at Mi Casita Montessori School in Corpus Christi, Texas.  She then moved to Allen, Texas, in 2010.  As part of Pebblecreek's Spanish immersion program, she teaches lessons and interacts with students in Spanish in the Rosebud room.  Her AMS/MACTE certification was awarded in spring 2011.
