Pebblecreek Montessori accepts resumes year-round and welcomes exceptional people to join our staff. It takes a great staff makes a great school. Lead teachers must be Montessori-certified by a MACTE accredited course and able to work the full school day. Classroom assistants should have some experience working with children and a sincere desire to learn more about the Montessori Method of education. Each potential employee must be a legal U.S. resident over 18 years of age, and must provide a minimum of three work references.
Application Process:
Submit the completed resume to the front desk. If you do not have a resume, you may fill out an application at the front desk. Your application should contain 3 work references. You must be at least 18 years of age and be legally eligible to work in the US.
The school will review your application and call to schedule an interview if there appears to be a match in your experience and capabilities, and the needs of the school.
After the interview, you will be contacted if a position is available. At that time, you will need to complete additional paperwork. This will include a statement of philosophy if you are a teacher and a written assignment performed at the school.
All new employees attend orientation, and non-certified Montessori employees also attend a Montessori introductory course offered by the school.

Pebblecreek Montessori is currently seeking Montessori guides for our infant-toddler and elementary programs.
Qualifications:
· Montessori certified by an accredited training program
· Possess a minimum of 5 years teaching experience
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
· Knowledge of record keeping
· Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required to achieve the goals of the position
Part-time handyman and cleaner. Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in professional cleaning business and general knowledge of repairs and building maintenance. References required.
Substitute Toddler Assistants & Guides - Prior experience preferred.
Part-Time Elementary Afterschool Staff - Prior experience preferred.
