Admissions

We invite all prospective families to review the information on this website and tour our campus with the head of school or the elementary program coordinator.  Tours of the Lower School are given weekly on Wednesdays at 10:00 am or by appointment.  Tours of the Upper School (grades 1 - 6) are given on Fridays.

The Application Form is available online or from the school office.  Return completed forms to our school’s business office by mail or in person.  Please enclose payment of a $100 non-refundable application fee.  Any student applying to Pebblecreek’s Elementary School is also required to submit a completed Release of Records Form.  This form will be mailed to your child’s former school.

Once your application has been processed, and we have received student transcripts (if applicable), we will schedule a student visit. Your child will visit an age-appropriate classroom during class time so that assessments and observations may be made.  Toddler and primary-aged students will spend about an hour in the classroom between the hours of 9:00 – 11:00 am.  The length of the visit for a prospective elementary student is determined at the discretion of the elementary coordinator; the visit must be sufficient to provide the teachers ample opportunity to observe the student in classroom and group activities.

Upon completion of the above steps, a parent interview will be arranged with the head of school and the program coordinator.  Should the admissions board determine an unfit match between the student and the school, we will advise you within one week; no further actions will be required.

Admission decisions will be made upon a thorough review of the submitted information and observations gathered during the student visit and parent interview.  A $500 supply and registration fee will be collected in order to reserve your child's placement.  This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

To apply for financial aid, please complete the application at The School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) website.  The school code is 8395.

Enrollment Dates for New Students
Open enrollment for the next school year begins in late January or February.  Applications received for a current school year will be reviewed as they are received.  Placement will occur as space is available. Our goal is to help families find the best match between student, family, and school.

Re-enrollment for Current Students
Parents of current students will receive a re-enrollment package in January at which time they will be asked to submit a non-refundable $500 deposit ($600 for students in the 12-month/extended day program), along with a completed enrollment agreement for the coming school year.  After the deadline, current students will be placed into the admissions pool with new students.
