Update to the School Handbook (07-08).
Place personal correspondence, such as birthday party invitations or thank you notes, in the plastic box for your child's class by mid-week. Teachers will distribute Friendship items on Fridays in the folders. The primary classes' Friendship boxes are located near the Friday Folders' stand and the Elementary’s are in the front office.
Please do not put anything into the Friday Folders yourself, as they contain children's work and school business, and the school must honor confidentiality for the contents.
Also, you may use the public class list to email, e-vite, or call classmates about birthday parties or similar. You must give permission to your class Room Representative (Room Mom) for your contact information to appear on the public class list.
