Pebblecreek Special Events
Pebblecreek hosts several events annually on the school campus:
- Cultural Awareness Day & Parade of Nations (Spring evening event). This is a celebration of the different cultures of the world. Parents are asked to volunteer their time and talents. Students ages 5 and older will tour "countries" (booths) during the day, get their passports stamped, and learn about local cuisine, customs, crafts and music. In the evening, all Pebblecreek families are welcome to dress in traditional clothing of their country of heritage and watch the children's delegations in a Parade of Nations and musical evening. Mrs. Viji Sridhar, lower elementary guide, is the Cultural Awareness Coordinator.
