• Pebblecreek Montessori has a wonderful staff community that support and nuture our students each day. We accept resumes throughout the year, although new positions usually are only available at the beginning of the summer or fall session.  Lead teachers must be Montessori-certified by a MACTE accredited course and able to work the full school day. 

    Application Process:

    Submit your resume to the front desk, or submit via email.  

    The school will review your application and call to schedule an interview if there appears to be a match in your experience and capabilities and the needs of the school.

    After the interview, you will be contacted if a position is available.  At that time, you will need to complete additional paperwork.  This will include a statement of philosophy if you are a teacher and a written assignment performed at the school.

    All new employees attend orientation, and non-certified Montessori employees also attend a Montessori introductory course offered through our central office in Carrollton.
